Performing annual maintenance of your HVAC system is the crucial component in extending the life expectancy of your equipment. Preventative maintenance also maximizes the efficiency levels that your system operates.

There are two forms of our Valued Customer Protection Plans that we offer to our customers. These plans not only include semi-annual maintenance on your system; but provide consumers with priority service and distinctive discounts for any replacement systems, upgrades or accessories. This peace of mind is valued to all customers.

Complete Contract – Plan I

  • Priority Service
  • Emergency “No Heat” Service
  • 15% Discount on Replacement Parts
  • 15% Discount on Labor for Repairs
  • 10% Discount on Replacement or Upgraded Equipment and Accessories
  • Two Maintenance Inspections per year (Heating and Cooling Seasons)
  • Diagnostic Fees for any Service Calls are Waived

Complete Contract – Plan II

  • Priority Service
  • Emergency “No Heat” Service
  • Full Parts and Labor Coverage (some exclusions applied)
  • 10% Discount on Replacement or Upgraded Equipment and Accessories
  • Two Maintenance Inspections per year (Heating and Cooling Seasons)
  • Diagnostic Fees for any Service Calls are Waived
